Victor’s musical journey began as a saxophone player in Los Angeles, but his true passion for sound engineering was ignited through his work at a sound rental and sales company. This led him to the world of live sound, where he engineered festivals and events, refining his craft. Eager to push his boundaries, Victor relocated to Kenya, where he spent the last decade at the forefront of Afrobeat, working with top African artists, including Sauti Soul and Burna Boy. His contributions helped shape the sound that has made Afrobeat a global sensation, influencing the broader African music landscape and bringing African music to the world stage.
After years of living and working across Africa, Victor has now returned to Los Angeles, where he continues to bring his international experience and deep understanding of the African sound to new projects. With his unique blend of cultural insight and technical expertise, he’s able to offer a versatile approach to every production, mixing, and mastering session.
